Hi

We have been pretty laid back this weekend. We went to Shrek the Third with Karen and Courtney for Dad's birthday. I made brownies instead of a cake. After church we spent the afternoon with dad asleep on the couch and me in the rocker. Today we worked on the flower beds. I finally got all ? of the iris out of the beds and planted impatience. We gave up last year on ever getting grass to grow under the pear tree and made it into a flower bed too. It's pretty boring. We have some hosta, begonias, marigolds and calidium. I might get more planted if it stops raining long enough. The Dunn family were here over the weekend; kids grow alot in 5 years. We talked to both grandmothers today. They are as well as can be expected. Grandma Hall had to put Fred down over the weekend and is grieving.

I tried to put some pictures online but will need someone to walk me through how. We are looking at getting a new digital camera. Input will be appreciated. Karen sent me some ads online. We have looked at some at two stores. Too much to choose from and don't know which needs I care about most. Close ups for genealogy or panaramic for site seeing.

Robert Catron is mowing for us this year. He does a pretty good job.

I begin to doubt that the house will ever be remodeled. No one ever returns after looking at it. We are sleeping upstairs cause I can't breath downstairs. Probably from the exposed insulation.

Well I've bored you all enough so will quit and go to bed. Reading club starts tomorrow. Hurray.
